The Bands of America season leads up to the Grand National Championships each November. This monumental three-day event would not be possible without the assistance of our amazing volunteers. Here are five (5) reasons why you should consider volunteering this marching season:

1. See the bands, props, and excitement up close and personal

As a volunteer, you get front row seats to the bands off the field, a perspective that most audience members never get to see!

2. Be part of making the magic happen

Whether it’s monitoring warm-ups or escorting bands to their photos, every volunteer, in every role, is important in making Grand Nationals a core memory for every person involved.

3. Attend Grand Nationals for free on the day(s) you volunteer

Volunteers receive a wristband that allows stadium access on the day(s) you volunteer, so you can enjoy the show even when you’re not working a shift.

4. Receive free event parking and concession stand voucher

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to park in an event parking space within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium. Then, if you work two or more consecutive shifts, you will be given a concession stand voucher to make sure you are fed and taken care of.

5. Enjoy the show!

Each volunteer can get up to two (2) complimentary tickets to the show for volunteering at Grand Nationals.

Bonus!

All volunteers walk home with a free commemorative volunteer t-shirt.
