Elyse Ackerman

Marketing Coordinator

Elyse Ackerman is a Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer at Music for All and has been with Music for All since 2022. She graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, majoring in Media Advertising with a specialization in Graphic Communications. At the end of her time at IU, Elyse participated in underwater archaeological research as a scientific diver and media specialist. During this time, she studied artifacts from the Dominican Republic and Florida Keys, coauthored several rapid assessments, performed photogrammetry, photo documented shipwrecks, and did copywriting for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. These efforts in academic diving earned her a graduate certificate in Underwater Resource Management from IU. Now during her free time, Elyse enjoys training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing. She currently lives in Carmel, IN, with her two cats, Miku and Beans.
