We know that the 2025 Bands of America Summer Camp will be positively life-changing.  In order to make camp accessible for more attendees, here are a few ways to help lower the cost of camp so that more students and directors can reach beyond! 


1. Scholarships 

Music for All offers several scholarships to help students, directors, and college students attend the Bands of America Summer Camp. We aim to foster leadership and enhance music education experiences for people who would benefit from receiving financial support.  

Both merit and need-based scholarships are available, most have multiple recipients too. Last year, 185 scholarships were awarded, so don’t miss your chance to be considered!

Applications and more information can be found on our website. All applications are due April 1, 2025, and applicants will be notified of their scholarship status by May 1. 


2. Payment Plans 

Payment plans are available to help manage the cost of registration. 

When you register, if you pay with a credit card, you can select to activate a payment plan during the checkout process.  After putting down a non-refundable $250 deposit, the rest of the balance will be divided up into monthly payments.

3. $150 Off Discount Code 

Students, we have a discount for you! Sign up here to receive a $150 discount code, valid to use through June 1. Enter the code at the end of your online registration. 

Please note: You cannot combine discount codes with scholarships. 


FOR DIRECTORS 

4. Sweet Deal 

Thanks to Sweetwater, the title sponsor of the Director Academy, we are offering a Sweet Deal to the first 150 directors to register for camp! Use the discount code SWEETDEAL5 for a discounted full week of camp for just $449 or SWEETDEAL3 for a discounted 3-Day Option for $399. Use the code at the end of your online registration. Act now! This deal WILL RUN OUT sooner rather than later. 

5. $50 Off Per Student 

For directors: for every student that you bring to camp, you will receive $50 off your camp registration! 

Please note: The $50 per student is applied retroactively and can be combined with the Sweet Deal OR discount code. 

PLUS: Program-Sponsored Registrations (formerly “TBA”) 

Don’t know which students you’re sending to camp, but want to reserve their spots? We’ve got you covered. 

If your school would like to pay for students to attend the BOA Summer Camp or reserve spots for drum majors or other student leaders who will not be determined until later, please use the Program-Sponsored Registration form. After you complete this form, we will send you sponsorship codes for each student to claim school funds and a discount code for them to receive $150 off their registration.  

Please note that codes and instructions will not be distributed until May 2025. Even if you use this process, registration needs to be completed by the attendee (and usually their parent). Directors and instructors should not register any students through UltraCamp.
