Anthony M. Tang

Director of Strategic Development – Wake Forest University

A native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Anthony M. Tang expanded his experience in music performance and knowledge of Music for All under the direction and mentorship of Erik W. Harris. During his time at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Anthony continued his involvement in music through various instrumental ensembles and served as Drum Major of the university’s marching band, the “Spirit of the Old Gold and Black”. Anthony completed his Bachelor of Arts at Wake Forest University, Master of Education at Northeastern University, and is pursuing his Doctor of Education at Vanderbilt University. 

Anthony and his wife Megan see value in the leadership-driven environment at the Music for All Summer Symposium and established the Tang Family Scholarship Fund to benefit individual students who are interested in attending. The Tang family is dedicated to investing in Music for All’s mission to create, provide, and expand positively life-changing experiences through music for all.
